The spacious living area is divided into two parts, which are connected by a round arch, here everyone will find their place of retreat., Whether watching TV and lounging on the living area, or retreating to the "reading room" in rural style, the flair will captivate you. In the kitchen you will find a new and fully equipped fitted kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, sufficient crockery and all necessary kitchen utensils. The sitting area in rural style reflects the furnishing style of the property. ? A modern bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet is also available on the floor. Wardrobe and hallway complete this level.


On the upper floor there are three bedrooms. Not only on the ground floor you will find retreats, but also on this floor. One bedroom offers two rooms, which are connected by an open passageway.
