Non-smoking holiday apartment for up to four people, 69 square metres. The apartment is modern and stylishly furnished in a high-end design inspired by the element of water and features a light-filled living/bedroom with a leather couch, armchairs, and a double bed that invites you to relax and unwind. The open-concept kitchen is fully equipped (stove/oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, and plenty of dishes) and complete with a beautiful dining table and chairs. You’ll find a bathroom with a walk-in shower and glass partition, as well as a sink, and a separate bathroom with a sink. A second bedroom is furnished with box-spring beds that can be arranged as either a double bed or two single beds. Bed linens, towels, a bath mat, and tea towels are included for your stay. The ground-floor apartment features exterior roller shutters and has a terrace with patio furniture facing the street. In the garden, you’ll find an area with a built-in grill, patio furniture, and a sandpit with toys—perfect for cosy get-togethers and relaxation. A lockable bike shed with outlets for charging e-bikes is available. Each apartment has a designated parking space.



You’ll find a modern architect-designed house with four holiday apartments, divided into two on the ground floor and two on the upper floor. The holiday apartments are very comfortable, tastefully furnished in a modern style with great attention to detail.
Bed linens, towels, a bath mat, and tea towels are included for your stay. A cot and high chair can be provided free of charge by arrangement and subject to availability. The ground-floor apartments are equipped with exterior shutters and feature a patio with patio furniture; the upstairs apartments have a balcony with patio furniture for relaxing. In the garden, you’ll find an area with a built-in grill, patio furniture, and a sandpit with toys for guests of all ages—perfect for cosy get-togethers and relaxation. A lockable bike shed with outlets for charging e-bikes is available. A designated parking space is available for each apartment.

Each of the holiday apartments is decorated in a colour scheme based on one of the four elements—earth, water, air, and fire.
Pets are not allowed.



Check-in is from 2:00 to 20:00, and check-out is from 08:00 to 10:00.
