Schöne Lage, nah am Strand

Toll eingerichtet, hochwertige Ausstattung. Alles da, was man benötigt.Matratzen top.Leider liegt der Balkon und auch das Schlafzimmerfenster direkt neben der Eingangstür vom Objekt...bei offenstem Fenster ist die Lärmbelastung durch das sehr laute Schliessgeräusch der Tür ein absoluter Minuspunkt.Die Sauberkeit ließ leider zu wünschen übrig.Es war lediglich besenrein bzw. gesaugt. Staubsauger war leider auch nicht gelehrt. Sehr unangenehm empfand ich, wie auch andere Gäste des Hauses, den Gestank aus dem Müllraum im Keller, in dem sich auch die Sauna befindet, welche leider nicht wirklich gut nutzbar war, da die Dusche saniert wurde.Da die Tür zumMüllraum ständig (wohl vom Hausmeister) immer wieder geöffnet wird, zieht es vom Keller auch ins Treppenhaus. Positiv ist der Lift und die tolle Lage, direkt hinter der Düne.

Urlaub direkt am Meer

Die Ferienwohnung war gut ausgestattet. Man konnte im Haus in die Saune gehen ohne extra Kosten. Der Strand war nur 100 Schritte vom Haus entfernt. Die Wohnung war auch sauber und ordentlich, bis auf eine Kleinigkeit. Die Dusche war verstopft von Haaren, sodass wir diese erstmal sauber machen mussten. Wir haben es aber bei der Abreise mit angegeben und man wollte das besser machen. Alles in allem eine sehr gute Unterkunft und auch ein schöner Urlaub mit vielen Strandspaziergängen
