Our holiday rental is located in the beautiful Sythen-Lehmbraken area of Haltern am See. In Sythen, you’ll find everything you need for a great holiday, from supermarkets and snack bars to an Italian restaurant and an ice cream shop. During the summer months, our small but lovely outdoor pool is also open. The well-known and always popular Silbersee, along with its restaurants, is within walking distance of the holiday rental. The train station is 2 km away from the holiday rental. The Münsterland region and the Ruhr area are both easily accessible via the nearby highway on-ramp and the train station in Sythen. Haltern am See is perfect for exploring by bike, from a loop around the reservoir to a lovely beer garden and the adjacent climbing park. In town, you’ll find a wide variety of dining options as well as Haltern’s famous Roman Museum. Other very special attractions for all ages include the Kettler Hof amusement park, the Granat with its lovely zoo, and the Frankenhof, located 15 km away.
Our fully equipped holiday rental is located in a detached multi-family home on the edge of the forest, right near Münsterstrasse and the adjacent Silberseen lakes in Haltern am See. It is approximately 80 m² in size, dates back to around 1900, and has 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom features a large box-spring bed measuring 180 x 200 cm, while the second bedroom has a sleeper sofa measuring 160 x 200 cm. As shown in the photos, the apartment features a modern kitchen, a bathroom with a shower/tub combination, and a large living room with a dining area. The fireplace can be used during the winter months by prior arrangement. The garden shown in the pictures is available for exclusive use during the summer months; it belongs to the holiday rental. So nothing stands in the way of a lovely summer evening. Up to 2 parking spaces are available, as well as the option to use a wallbox for charging an electric car by prior arrangement. Bicycle parking and charging facilities are also provided.
