This unique group home is an 1850s farmhouse.
This former guesthouse, promises a cosy experience surrounded by the peace and beauty of nature.
Located on the outskirts of the historic village of Holwerd and directly on the Wadden Sea.
Above all, the farm exudes tranquillity and there is plenty to do, making it great for groups even in winter.
For children, there is a special play corner with TV.
The farm is also very suitable for groups with intellectual disabilities and their carers

Characterised by its many fishermen's cottages and small alleys, Holwerd is located in the Wadden area, amidst plenty of natural beauty and tranquillity.
You have many opportunities for hiking, cycling and farm golf here, this group accommodation is ideally suited as a base for mudflat hiking.
For groups staying at this accommodation, mudflat walks can be organised. Guides are employed to do this. Ask the Owner about this. Bicycles can also be arranged by the owner.
Accompanied by a recognised mudflat guide, you can take a tour of the mudflats. Tours are organised from the Stelpshoeve. The trip is tailored to the group and lasts 2.5 to 3 hours.

Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine
Because of the peace and quiet and possible neighbours, noise nuisance is not allowed/prohibited in this holiday home
This accommodation is rented only to family groups
The house owner lives in the same house where the apartment is situated
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
