Our apartment has been recently renovated and is fully furnished. It is located on the ground floor of the building. The apartment measures 45 square metres. It features a living and dining area with a kitchen, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a bedroom. The sofa in the living area pulls out, so it can accommodate 2 to 3 people. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, electric kettle, and coffee maker. There is a TV in the living area. Next to the building entrance is an utility room. A washing machine and a clothes drying rack are available there. There is also space to store bicycles. Parking spaces are located at Hof Haulle. The “City Apartment” holiday rental is located in Bad Sassendorf, 500 metres from the main train station. The pedestrian zone is just a few minutes’ walk away. Near the apartment, you’ll find a bakery and several pizzerias and restaurants, so your culinary needs are well taken care of. We look forward to welcoming you! A 100% deposit may be charged after booking. Payment is due in advance via bank transfer. Check-in is from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Check-out is by 11:00 AM. Keys will be handed over in person on site. Pets are not allowed. The visitor’s tax of 3.40 EUR per person per day (ages 16 and up) will be charged separately on site.
