Accommodation description:
This very modern, detached chalet is located right in the centre of Sankt Margarethen im Lungau at a short distance from the ski lift and has great views of the slopes. This chalet consists of two units, which you both occupy. The living rooms have a modern Austrian dining area, a large seating area and a luxury kitchen. The French doors open onto the large outdoor terrace with its south-facing garden and covered lounge area, separate sauna with outdoor shower and large hot tub
The chalet is within walking distance of the ski lift of the ski area Katschberg-Aineck (70 km of slopes) and about 200 m from the centre with plenty of shopping facilities. The Obertauern ski area (100 km of slopes) can be reached by car in 25 minutes, the Grosseck-Speiereck ski area (50 km of slopes) in 5 minutes and the Fanningberg family mountain in 20 minutes (30 km of slopes), all by free public transportation.
The cities of Salzburg and Villach, but also northern Italy, Slovenia and Croatia are easily accessible. In summer, both active guests and those seeking tranquillity can enjoy this wonderful area. Golfing, hiking, mountain biking, fishing, rafting, mountain yoga and motorcycling on the many beautiful passes in the area are among the many ways to experience a fantastic holiday!
Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine
