The interior offers plenty of natural light and is modern and functionally designed.The villa features three bedrooms and two bathrooms and can accommodate up to 8 guests. The outdoor area includes a private swimming pool with a spacious terrace and a well-maintained garden. The terrace provides plenty of space for spending time and enjoying meals outdoors.The villa's location provides easy access to beaches and various destinations in southern Istria. Nearby Medulin is known for its sandy Bijeca Beach and numerous restaurants. Pula offers many historical and cultural sights, while Fažana is the starting point for visiting Brijuni National Park. Ližnjan is also within easy reach and is known for its beaches and coves. The surrounding area offers opportunities for cycling, walking, swimming and other outdoor activities. Wirklich ein sehr schönes Haus. Genau wie in der Beschreibung. Das wichtigste es war wirklich sauber und absolut nicht abgewohnt.
