House in Stepnica with sauna and jacuzzi

A new, comfortable holiday home in Stepnica. Guests have access to a living room, bedroom, well-equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower, sink, toilet, and a second additional toilet. The house is surrounded by a beautiful, large, landscaped garden with a pond. Guests also have access to a parking space, garden furniture, and a barbecue. Next to the house is a sauna and jacuzzi, which guests can use on site for an additional fee.

Guests with small dogs are welcome. The owner, who also has a small dog, lives on the same property.

Stepnica is a true paradise for nature lovers, peace and quiet, as well as those who enjoy active recreation both on and off the water. On one side lies the vast forests of the Goleniów Forest, and on the other, the Szczecin Lagoon, perfect for water sports. Tourists can enjoy well-developed swimming areas, dozens of kilometers of hiking and biking trails, marinas and equipment rentals, and above all, exceptionally rich natural beauty. The largest population of white-tailed eagles in Poland and one of the largest in Europe is found here.
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house Bring towels. Landlord lives on the same property. Non smoking accommodation.

Die Unterkunft war schön und platzmäßig groß genug für 5-6 Personen. Ausgestattet mit allem was man so braucht. Wir durften den großen Garten komplett nutzen, es war ausreichend Platz zum Fussball spielen und auch der Hund hat sich über den großen Platz zum freilaufen und spielen gefreut. Stepnica ist ein schöner kleiner Ort mit allem was man braucht, Skaterbahn, Pumptrack, Sandstrand, Seebrücke... Es gibt mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und auch kulinarisch gibt es viel zu entdecken.

Unser Häuschen hatte alles was man sich wünschen kann. Das Grundstück ist groß, wunderschön angelegt und gepflegt, dank Frau Margolzata unserer Vermieterin, die mit iher kleinen Yorkshire Hündin (16) auch auf dem Grundstück wohnt. Unsere Hündin konnte frei laufen, da das gesamte Grundstück eingezäunt ist. Frau M. ist freundlich und humorvoll und obwohl wir weder polnisch noch niederländisch sprechen, haben wir uns immer verstanden. Wir hatten das Glück während dieser wahnsinning heißen Tage den Whirlpool einweihen zu dürfen. Zwei Wünsche hätte ich für dieses Quartier. Der Tisch draußen vor dem Haus benötigt einen Sonnenschirm, sonst kann man ihn nur früh und abends nutzen. Die Matratzen des Schlafzimmer Bettes sind sehr durchgelegen/weich. Das fand unser Rücken nicht gut. Der Fernseher funktionierte während der ersten Tage garnicht (und das während der WM). Frau M versuchte einen Handwerker zu bekommen, aber letztendlich klappte es bis zum Schluss nicht richtig, aber wir konnten Amazon und Netztflix empfangen. Trotzdem haben wir die Tage genossen, ein ruhiger, entspannter Urlaub. Wir raten, besonders mit Kindern Bücher, Spiele und die üblichen Geräte mitzunehmen, da man in Stepnica und Umgebung nichts anders sprachiges findet. In der Taverna Panorama kann man schön sitzen und gut essen. Dann gibt es noch das Smazalnia Ryb. Frischenr Fisch , den wir reichlich gegessen haben.....sehr zu empfehlen.
