Free street parking is available. Please contact the owner via the platform’s messaging system to check availability. Up to two pets are allowed, available for an extra fee. Guests are asked to respect quiet hours (no noise from midnight to 7 am). Smoking and events are not permitted indoors. The property features energy and water-saving measures. Part of the electricity is generated by photovoltaic panels, and sustainable materials have been used for insulation.
