Negativ: Der Rolladen im Obergeschoss war kaputt, sodass man eine Mülltüte an das Fenster kleben musste um wenigstens halbwegs schlafen zu können. Rolladen im EG macht auch nicht wirklich dunkel.Die Fenster wurden ewig nicht geputzt. Auf den Fenster war Dez. 2024 geschrieben, also über 1/2 Jahr nicht mehr. Unkraut ist auf dem Balkon aus den Steinen gewachsen. Nicht sehr ansprechend. Sonnenschirmständer war auch kaputt und verrostet. Positiv: Die Küche war super ausgestattet. Die Lage war super.
