Enjoy an unforgettable view of the marina from this holiday apartment with a large terrace and infrared sauna in Olpenitz.
The apartment has a ground-floor entrance on the ground floor of a semi-detached house. Upon entering, you'll find the cozy, open-plan living and kitchen area to your left, offering fantastic views of the harbor basin. From here, you can also access the large terrace, where a seating area awaits you during the summer months.
The kitchen is fully equipped: In addition to a ceramic hob and extractor hood, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, you'll also find a kettle, a toaster, and a comprehensive selection of cookware and tableware. The large dining table seats four.
The living area features a comfortable sofa, an armchair, and an electric fireplace.
Off the entrance hall, you'll find two comfortable bedrooms: one with a comfortable double bed (180x200 cm) and one with two single beds (80x200 cm). Both bedrooms feature ample closet space for your wardrobe, blackout curtains, and insect screens. The double bedroom also includes a second flat-screen TV.
Directly opposite the bedrooms is a spacious bathroom with a shower and infrared sauna.
The apartment is equipped with underfloor heating throughout, making it the perfect holiday retreat year-round. A washing machine and dryer are also available for your use.
In the storage room, we have provided a clothes drying rack, ironing board and iron, a high chair, and a travel cot. There is additional storage space on the terrace for garden furniture and the barbecue.
A free parking space is reserved for you directly in front of the apartment. You can store your bicycles in your own secure, ground-level storage room.
