Welcome to the Richard Holiday Home at the Eichholz Farm in Waren (Müritz)—a place of peace, comfort, and a conscious slowdown. Surrounded by nature and nestled within a property spanning approximately 1,500 m², a special atmosphere of well-being awaits you here, where the hustle and bustle of everyday life quickly fades into the background.

The Richard holiday home captivates with its rustic charm, warm wooden construction, and a cosy ambiance that makes you feel right at home from the very first moment. With approximately 30 m² of living space, cosiness, functionality, and natural materials come together to create a lovingly designed retreat.

Ideal for couples or small families who want to enjoy the peace and beauty of the Mecklenburg Lake District and are looking to consciously take a break from everyday life.

3. Small, cosy, and well-thought-out

The bright, open living and dining area forms the heart of the home. The modern yet practical kitchen invites you to cook together, reflect on the day, or simply enjoy the relaxed atmosphere.

Amenities include, among other things, a coffee maker, an oven ideal for pizza or fresh rolls in the morning, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. Everything is designed to ensure a hassle-free and relaxing stay.

The sleeping area, with two cosy single beds, ensures restful nights. The bathroom, with a shower and toilet, offers pleasant comfort after an active day outdoors.

A special highlight is the private terrace, which measures approximately 14 m². High-quality garden and patio furniture, as well as a cosy patio lounge, invite you to sunbathe, relax, and linger. An electric grill is, of course, available—perfect for quiet evenings under the open sky.

5. Safe & Convenient Parking

A covered carport parking space is available right on the property. The parking area is monitored by video surveillance, offering you an extra level of comfort and security during your stay.

You don’t have to do without digital conveniences even while on holiday. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the holiday home—ideal for planning your excursions, sharing your holiday experiences, or simply browsing the web at your leisure.

The security deposit is 100.00 and will, of course, be refunded to your account after your departure.
