It was newly furnished in 2023, so that up to 2 people can feel at home here in the 41 square metres of space, including a loggia. Free internet access (Wi-Fi), non-smoking property, no pets allowed. Ground floor: living/bedroom with access to the loggia; TV area with sofa, armchair, footstool, coffee table, and cable TV; CD player, radio, books, and games; reading nook with a recliner and side table, round dining table with 3 chairs, high chair available upon request, semi-open kitchen with a serving hatch, fully equipped kitchen including a refrigerator, 4-burner stove, oven, microwave, exhaust fan, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, blender, iron, fold-down double bed, travel cot available upon request, bathroom with tub, showerhead, shower curtain, sink, mirror, hair dryer, and toilet. The accommodation includes a furnished south-facing loggia overlooking the garden. Coin-operated washing machines and dryers are available in the building’s basement. You can park your bikes in the courtyard. There is also a parking space for your car, located in the car park a 5-minute walk away.
