Welcome to the 160 square meter, newly renovated 5.5-room apartment in Scuol. Upon entering the apartment, you are greeted by an impressively spacious entrance area. The entire living space is equipped with elegant parquet flooring and immediately creates a cozy atmosphere. With three bedrooms, two of which are furnished with comfortable double beds and the other with two single beds, this apartment offers a luxurious retreat for the whole family.
The two bathrooms feature modern showers that combine comfort and style. The open kitchen is a highlight, state-of-the-art and equipped with a central bar furniture island that is ideal for relaxed aperitifs with your loved ones.
A historic Stüva, which has been completely restored and delightfully smells of pine, invites you to linger and even offers an additional sleeping option for two people. Enjoy the fresh air and breathtaking view of the Inn River and the historic bridge from the small garden. The living area is perfectly equipped for relaxation with a comfortable sofa and a smart TV.
The grill is located in the basement/laundry room. The washing machine and dryer are also located there. They are exclusive to the apartment and included in the rent.
The surroundings invite you to small and large walks in a unique natural and cultural landscape, which practically begins right at the doorstep. Shopping is possible at the nearby Volg (750m) or in the bakeries and many local shops on the Stradun. The ski bus stop can be reached on foot in 2 walking minutes. The use of the ski bus is free in winter. The cross-country ski trail is only 850m away, as is the Bogn Engiadina with its unique bathing and sauna landscape.
The guest card of the Engadin Scuol holiday region is included in every booking for all guests.

Es war zauberhaft, von Scuol durch den alten Dorfkern zur Ferienwohnung zu spazieren. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Garderobe ist grosszügig und bietet viel Raum.
Die Wohnung war kühl, als wir eintrafen. Die Bodenheizung wurde zu spät gestartet. Nach zwei Tagen war es o.k. Die Betten waren für uns nicht bequem. Nur ein Zimmer hat einen Schrank. Schade, man hätte zu Weihnachten etwas dekorieren können.

Schön renovierte und grosse Wohnung
Sehr schöne und grosszügige Wohnung. Die Ausstattung war exzellent. In der Nähe am Platz fährt der Bus. Etwas stressig am Morgen um den ersten Bus zu nehmen und rechtzeitig die Kinder an der Skischule oben um 09:00 abzugeben.
Ansonsten waren wir begeistert von der Unterkunft.

Vielen Dank für Ihr Feedback. Der Eigentümer möchte die Wohnung eher schlicht gestalten. Da wir von jeder Wohnung unterschiedlich viele Schlüssel haben, händigen wir immer nur einen Schlüssel aus. Bei Anfrage können Sie selbstverständlich noch einen weiteren bekommen. Vielen Dank für Ihr Verständnis.

Sehr großzügige moderne Wohnung im historischen Ambiente
Ideal für eine große Familie. Sehr schöne und funktionale Küche.
In mehreren Schlafzimmern fehlen Kleiderschränke, so dass man im der offenen Koffer rumliegen hat. Es wäre schön, wenn hier mehr Ablagefläche geschaffen werden könnte.
