Host was great, apartment was clean , check out was quick and easy . Nice view , you're right in downtown Dallas , convenient for shows and certain restaurants. *** disclaimer/ caveat this is totally out of the hosts control but this is definitely more like a frat house apartment building lots of partying and recreational activities going on . Friday and Saturday nights are loud . Not alot of sleeping going on . There are also quite a few homeless who hang out , not a huge deal to me ..now the valet has to be the worst valet ive seen in all my years losing cars left amd right . Half the time people snatched their keys and just went in search of their own vehicles. One of the valet almost ran over a kid not paying attention. Idk what was slower the valet or elevators you'll be waiting 15-30 plus minutes either way. The host is great but the building managers need to step it up big time . I would still stay with my husband just probably not my kiddo .
