Early Check-In Fees:
Check-in time is from 4:00 PM–1:00 AM. Additional fees may apply depending on your requested check-in time between 12:00 PM and 4:00 PM.

Late Check-Out Fees:
Check-out time is 10:00 AM. Late check-out requests must be arranged at least one day before your departure. When available, we can offer late check-out between 10:00 AM and 1:00 PM for a $70 fee.

All early check-in and late check-out requests must be approved in advance and confirmed in writing by our team and are subject to availability.

Quiet Hours:
Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM out of respect for our neighbors.

Please treat our home with care, just as you would your own. We’ll send a simple checkout checklist on the day of departure. Following it helps us prepare the space for the next guests and avoid any additional cleaning charges. :)

No Smoking:
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. A $500 fine will be imposed if smoking is confirmed or if lingering smoke odors are detected.
