On the outskirts, 10 km from the centre of Launceston, in a secluded position, 1 m along the wooded area, 20 km from the sea, 250 m from the lake, 200 km from the beach, in the countryside. For shared use: trees, orchard. Private: hot tub, terrace, garden furniture. In the house: central heating system. Parking. Grocery 11 km, supermarket 11 km, bakery 10 km, café 3 km, bus stop "North Petherwin Bus Shelter" 6 km, railway station "Liskeard" 38 km, sandy beach "Crackington Haven" 18 km, lake Roadford Lake 20 km. Sailing school 20 km, tennis 12 km, minigolf 21 km, fishing possibilities 20 km. Nearby attractions: Summerleaze Beach 21 km, Halvana Plantation 25 km, Tintagel Castle 28 km, Trethorne Leisure Park 15 km, Boscastle Historical Fishing Port 25 km, Hidden Valley Puzzle Park 15 km. Please bring your own towels.
