Gemütliche Dorfwohnung mit Terrasse und Ausblick auf Gärten und Olivenhaine

A lovingly furnished vacation rental in an old village house for 2 people at Casa Carli (near Dolcedo / Prela). The apartment features a huge terrace (plus a bedroom, kitchen, living room, and bathroom) and a beautiful view of gardens and olive groves. It’s 10 km to the sea (with beaches in Porto Maurizio, Imperia, and San Lorenzo). On the way to the sea are Prela and Dolcedo, where you can shop and dine. Prela is a 15-minute walk away, as are several river swimming spots (photo). The historic center of Porto Maurizio (photo) is beautiful, and down by the sea there’s a promenade lined with restaurants.<br>The area is ideal for cyclists and hikers. Beautiful walks and tours are possible right from the house. The sea is also accessible by bike. Many destinations for day trips are located in the immediate and wider vicinity (San Remo, Nice). From Porto Maurizio, there’s a bike path (and bike rental) along the coast to San Remo/Ospedaletti or Diano Marina. Day trips to Nice, Monaco, or Genoa can be easily taken by train from Imperia.<br>Parking is available about 50 m from the house. The apartment is on the 1st floor and, unfortunately, not wheelchair accessible. Overall, prices in bars and restaurants are reasonable by German standards (and compared to France).
