Das Ferienhaus liegt in einer ruhigen Ferienhaussiedlung mit bauartgleichen Ferienhäuser. Es war top ausgestattet, allerdings kehrt auch so langsam der Zahn der Zeit hier ein. Zur Zeit macht es noch keinen schlechten Eindruck, aber man sollte es im Auge behalten.
