Located on a wonderfully quiet side street in the southern part of Westerland, the beautiful Nici country house is just a few minutes’ walk from the beach. The town centre is also within easy and quick walking distance. On the ground floor of the house, you’ll find a bright, spacious living and dining area that invites you to relax together. From here, you can step out onto the beautiful south-facing terrace, complete with patio furniture and a beach chair. The adjacent garden may be used up to the imaginary boundary between the hydrangeas (on a shared basis, so as not to disturb the guests staying in the bungalow). In the open, fully equipped kitchen, you’ll find a side-by-side refrigerator with an ice maker, a stove with a ceramic cooktop and an oven, as well as a filter coffee maker, a toaster, and a kettle. The kitchen offers everything you need for a fun evening of cooking with friends or family. On the ground floor, you’ll find three spacious double bedrooms with beautiful hardwood floors, each equipped with a flat-screen TV. The large, naturally lit bathroom features a wonderful corner bathtub, a separate shower with an infrared cabin, a toilet, and a bidet. On the second floor, you’ll find another small shower room with a toilet. In addition to the country house, the beautiful property also features the Nici Apartment and the Nici Bungalow, which can be rented together for larger family gatherings. The Nici country house has a parking space in front of the garage. Additional public parking is also available directly in front of the house. Free Wi-Fi is available, and two dogs are allowed.
