Das Haus hat eine tolle Lage mehr oder minder direkt an einem wenig frequentierten Strand, Grundstück und die Außenanlage bieten viele Möglichkeiten sowohl für Sonnenanbeter als auch für Schattensuchende.Die Innenausstattung auf den Bildern ist allerdings geschönt. Das Dachgeschoss trafen wir an als Rumpelkammer für Matratzen, Klappbetten, Bettzeug. Auf dem Doppelbett und in einer Ecke auf dem Boden lagen noch gebrauchte Leintücher. Dieser Raum war definitiv nicht nutzbar.Unter dem Bett im Schlafzimmer (Erdgeschoss) war in einem Korb Schmutzwäsche gelagert.Der Kaffeesatz in der Kaffeemaschine war schimmlig, im Backofen befand sich ein gebrauchtes Backblech. Sanitäre Anlagen waren in Ordnung.
