A charming mini-maisonette apartment, newly built in 2018, featuring a large living area with a living room, dining area, and well-equipped kitchen. The terrace, measuring just over 20 m², faces southeast.
We offer a bedroom with a double bed and two single beds on a loft. The sofa can be converted into a sleeper sofa. Shower with sink and toilet. The apartment measures approximately 38 m².

The apartment features natural wood flooring and solid wood furniture. We’ve taken care to create a bright yet cosy atmosphere.

Located just 8 minutes from the market square, our house is situated directly on a bike path in a quiet area. Memmingen is nestled in the Alpine foothills on the ancient glacial moraines of times past. Surrounded by lakes, hills, and forests that invite you to enjoy all kinds of activities.
Just 80 m from the taxi company, 300 m from the bus stop, and 1,200 m from the train station—allowing you to quickly explore the countryside in and around Memmingen, all the way to the mountains. Allgäu Airport is also just a stone’s throw away (7 km) and accessible by bus.
Diagonally across the street, we have a bakery and pastry shop; a few steps further on is a butcher shop, and a department store is just two streets away.

In total, we have 4 beds available and a sleeper sofa for two. If needed, our washing machine and dryer can be used for a small fee. We have multilingual cable and satellite TV. We provide Wi-Fi. Parking is available either in front of the house or right next door in a cul-de-sac.
