About this property

House Breeger Anker | VACATION HOME NEAR THE BEACH IN BREEGE

The mid-terrace house has a size of approx. 80 square meters and can comfortably accommodate 5 to 6 people.
Adjacent to the garden there is a private parking space for ONE car.
A garden house with garden furniture and a barbecue is also available.
Bicycles you bring can be stored in the garden or in the garden shed.

The holiday home is located in the popular north of the island of Rügen, between the Baltic Sea and the harbor, in the seaside resort of Breege-Juliusruh, near one of the longest (10 km) bathing beaches on the island, the "Schaabe". The extensive sandy beach is about a 15-minute walk away, and the Breege harbor (Bodden) is a 5-minute walk away.
If a visit to the beach is not possible due to the weather, the “Splash” adventure world (swimming pool/thermal spa) in Sagard offers a good alternative.

You will find the best opportunities for relaxation with numerous cycling and hiking trails through nature, which can be an excursion, e.g. B. to Cape Arkona, make it an experience.
The Jasmund National Park and the numerous beech forests will certainly remain a lasting memory.

The house is a non-smoking house.

We strive to constantly improve the house.
It is not permitted to sublet, to stay in the house with more than 5 to 6 people, or to accommodate "guests".
Unfortunately, bed linen and towels are not provided.
Spa cards can be purchased yourself, alternatively they can be placed in the house by the cleaning company.

Insgesamt hat uns der Aufenthalt in Breege sehr gut gefallen. Das Haus bietet alles, was man braucht, die Ausstattung ist auch für 5 Personen ausreichend. Kleine Abzüge gibt es für das relativ kleine und etwas unbequeme Sofa. Mit 2 Badezimmern waren wir gut versorgt. Die Küche ist super, etwas ungewöhnlich ist, das man nach der Haustür direkt in der Küche steht. Eine Garderobe ist im anschließenden Hauswirtschaftsraum "versteckt". Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sowohl im Vorhinein als auch während des Aufenthalts immer kurzfristig zu haben. Fragen wurden zügig beantwortet und eine kleine Reklamation schnell geregelt. Fazit: Es ist halt ein schmales Reihenhaus, so dass der Platz begrenzt ist und man häufig Treppe laufen muss, aber das weiß man ja vorher Für den Preis waren wir sehr zufrieden mit dem Haus.

In Ordnung, aber nicht sehr sauber

Die vorherigen Bewertungen waren alle sehr positiv, ein Grund, warum ich mich für dieses Ferienhaus entschieden habe. Ich vermute, dass das Haus mehrere Wochen nicht vermietet war, denn leider war es drinnen recht staubig und und einige Spinnen zu finden. Hier wäre ein kleiner "Rundgang" vor erneuter Vermietung sicher sinnvoll, wenn ein längerer Zeitraum zum Vormieter besteht. Außerem gab es keine Fliegengitter, was bei einer Lage am Hafen für mich unverständlich ist. Auch der W-LAN-Router, bei dem man sich jeden Tag neu anmelden musste, war irgendwie nervig. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt aber trotzdem in Ordnung. Die Kritikpunkte oben sind als Anregung für den Vermieter gedacht.

Urlaubsaufenthalt im Juni 2024

Wir haben uns im Haus sehr wohlgefühlt. Es war alles vorhanden, was wir für unseren fast zweiwöchigen Aufenthalt brauchten. Da wir zu vier Erwachsenen waren, haben wir das Vorhandensein von 2 Badezimmern jeweils mit Toilette als sehr angenehm empfunden. Breege eignet sich als ein von Wasser umgebener ruhiger Ort als Startpunkt für Erkundigungen der gesamten Insel. Wir haben die Sonne, den Wind, die gute Luft und die Ruhe und Entspanntheit von Rügen reichlich genossen und uns erholt.

Kurzentschlossene Silvesterauszeit in Breege

Wir hatten ein paar sehr schöne Tage in Breege. Das Haus und seine Einrichtung ist durchweg zweckmäßig und völlig ausreichend für eine Reise mit mehreren Generationen. Wir hatten auch netten Kontakt mit dem Vermieter. Er reagierte umgehend, sodass eine schnelle Problemlösung herbeigeführt werden konnte. Der Schlafplatz unter dem Dach war heiß begehrt bei der mitgereisten Jugend.

Urlaub war wunderbar

Der Urlaub in diesem Ferienhaus war wunderbar. Die Räume waren sauber, schön möbliert und haben für uns 4 vollkommen ausgereicht. Die Küche hatte alles was man braucht. Die Couch was sogar zum ausziehen, somit stand einem gemütlichen Fernsehabend zu viert nichts im Wege. Der Garten hat zum sitzen und Grillen vollkommen gereicht, allerdings waren wir doch ganz froh, dass links und rechts daneben zu der Zeit keiner war, somit hatten wir schön unsere Ruhe. Ansonsten wäre es wohl etwas zu laut gewesen.

Schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage

Schönes Haus, gute Ausstattung und ruhige Lage. Ideal für Selbstversorger, da Restaurants leider geschlossen oder nur mit Vorbestellung nutzbar. Der kleine Garten ist schön ruhig. Parkplatz direkt am Objekt. Zum Strand ca. 3 km mit Auto oder Fahrrad. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen!

Super Ferienhaus in schöner, ruhiger Umgebung

Das Ferienhaus war sehr sauber, ordentlich und gut möbliert. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Vom Ferienhaus aus kann man gut ganz Rügen und besonders den naturnaheren Norden der Insel erkunden. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

Gern wieder

Sehr schöne, saubere Unterkunft, netter Vermieter. Leider gab es Probleme mit der Heizung ( evtl. vom Vormieter verursacht), so dass wir trotz kalten Herbstwetter geschwitzt haben. Der Vermieter war sofort erreichbar und hat sich umgehend um die Problembeseitigung gekümmert.

Eine sehr geschmackvolle Unterkunft

Wir waren zu 6. Und hatten genug Platz, zwei Bäder und super Ausstattung. Im Gegensatz zu vielen anderen Ferienhäusern ist dieses auch noch gemütlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Sehr gute und zuvorkommende Vermieter. Leider trotz unmittelbarer Nähe nur Aussicht auf die Boddenlandschaft, der Hafen ist fußläufig aber gut erreichbar, Naher Inselmarkt ist von Vorteil.

Ein sehr schönes Ferienobjekt mit guter Lage zum Hafen.Parkplätze zum Baden am Strand sind reichlic.
