Direct access to the beach and the location right by the sea are among the greatest advantages of this accommodation. The beach promenade runs right past the building, so you can start relaxing walks along the Baltic Sea right from your doorstep.
A beach chair on the beach is available to you free of charge during the season (April 1 through September 30).
In addition, shopping options and a diverse selection of restaurants are located near the holiday rental and are within walking distance.

With two rooms and 54 square metres of space, this accommodation offers plenty of comfort for up to 2 people.
The spacious living and dining area features large French doors that not only provide direct access to the terrace but also offer ocean views and plenty of natural light.

The large sofa, which is a pull-out bed (providing a second sleeping option if you’d like to sleep separately), along with a flat-screen TV, invites you to relax here.

The L-shaped dining area with kitchen also features a dining set that seats up to four people. The kitchenette is modern and appealing. Amenities include a dishwasher, a stove with a glass-ceramic cooktop and oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and other conveniences such as a fully automatic coffee machine.

The bedroom features both a spacious closet and a premium sleep system (double bed, 170x200 cm). The bed’s mattress is from Swissflex and is therefore of the highest quality. Floor-to-ceiling windows make the room feel wonderfully bright and airy. The TV in the bedroom does not receive regular TV channels. It can only be used to access the ARD and ZDF media libraries as well as streaming services. To access these, you can log in with your own user account.

The bathroom, featuring a fantastic rain shower and toilet, is also equipped with a vanity that provides plenty of storage space. Ceiling spotlights and a towel warmer round out the modern decor. A washing machine provides additional convenience.

Care was taken to ensure that only organic building materials were used in this apartment. A special lighting design creates a cosy atmosphere in the evening hours.

Wi-Fi is available free of charge and can be used by guests.

The large terrace is accessible directly from the living room. The outdoor area is furnished with a table and chairs. So nothing stands in the way of relaxing outdoors or enjoying meals together in the fresh air. The view looks directly out onto the beautiful Baltic Sea.

A dedicated parking space for one car and a storage area for two bicycles next to the house are available to you.

This beautiful holiday complex, built in 2021 and featuring 40 units, is just a few steps from the beach. The units can accommodate 1 to 6 people; all buildings feature an lift, a bicycle storage room, and a parking space. The promenade runs right past the building and is just as inviting for walks as the white sandy beach of Hohwacht. A surf school and a mini-golf course are located in the immediate vicinity. However, the holiday rental’s ideal location isn’t limited to its proximity to the Baltic Sea. Shopping options and numerous restaurants are also within walking distance, ensuring that nothing stands in the way of a thoroughly enjoyable holiday here.
