If you are looking for a high-quality villa in a central location, look no further.

Villa Naranja is an attractive detached villa with a private pool. The property is located in a quiet residential area above the village of Callao Salvaje.

The cosy, self-built house extends over 2 floors with a living space of 270m².
With 4 bedrooms including air conditioning, 3 bathrooms and a guest toilet, there is plenty of space for a relaxing holiday.

On the ground floor is the spacious living room with flat screen TV (with international TV programmes including BBC and ITV), a conservatory with access to the outside area, a dining room with access to the terrace with views of the pool, a guest toilet, a bedroom with a queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom, as well as the fully equipped, separate kitchen.
A staircase leads to the upper floor with 2 bedrooms (each with single beds), which share a bathroom, as well as the master bedroom with satellite TV, en suite bathroom and access to a private sun terrace with sea views.

From the first floor and the roof terraces you can enjoy pleasant mountain and sea views. Fast internet via fibre optics is included.

Outside you will find a large private pool (9.70 x 4.20 m), which offers a welcome cooling off and a lawn area that invites you to sunbathe. The pool is heated.
You can prepare your barbecue dishes in the BBQ area and enjoy them on the covered and spacious terrace with a large stone table and pool views. Another small stone table with direct access to the kitchen invites you to enjoy a cosy breakfast in the morning.

The detached holiday home is located in a quiet residential area.

You can pick up your fresh breakfast rolls in the nearby village centre. Here you will find 2 supermarkets, a pharmacy, small boutiques, restaurants and cafés. The small bay "Playa de Ajabo", which was completely redesigned in 2012, can be reached within 15 minutes on foot.

All the makings of a 5* Villa

The location of this Villa really stands out from the rest.It’s in a quiet location, has outstanding views and the layout (particular the Pool area) makes it suitable for multiple occupancy.For all the above the rating would have been 5*.HOWEVER.When it comes to the fixtures and furnishings a lot leaves to be desired!!The state of things like pool furniture cushions, towels etc leave a lot to be desired as they have long gone past their “sale date”.For a small expenditure this would be a 5* Villa overall and we would go back again.

This property was ok. The ac was good the heated pool was good. The house design was good. The kitchen was good. A few small things could have made it excellent. The pillows and towels were poor quality. The general decor could have been better. The pool table was older than the web photos showed. But generally the villa was good for our family.

Amazing property and amazing location. Big enough for everyone to enjoy but also have their own space. Really good communication with Sven the owner. Everything you could possibly need in the property and more! Very safe and secure. The beds are very comfortable.The only negatives would be the upstairs bathroom shower couldn't be used as the water was extremeley hot and the pool table wasn't there which disappointed the kids. Maybe take the pictures off the advert. The villa manager did show up a few times unannounced and just let himself in while we were in and around the pool.I completely understand that they need to pop in from time to time but it would be nice to knock like Sven did or text before. Also, I think it would be good to offer a welcome pack at an extra cost as we arrived late at night when nothing was open so had no basics and the option of a villa clean would have been great.Overall brilliant stay and would definitely return.
