Schöne Umgebung aber…

Schöne Umgebung und auch grundsätzlich eine schöne Wohnung. Jedoch ist das Haus ein Einfamilienhaus welches einfach um das Obergeschoss und einem weiteren Raum im Erdgeschoss abgeschnitten wurde. Man teilt sich den Flur mit dem Mieter von oben. Nicht nur das, man muss auch über den Flur ins Bad und ins Kinderzimmer. Das kommt einem dann wie ein Gemeinschaftsbad auf dem Gang vor. Dementsprechend ein Waschbecken wie es auf einem Gäste Wc üblich ist, also eigentlich zu klein um sich dort mehr als die Hände zu waschen. Desweiteren ist das Haus einfach noch nicht fertig, das Haus ist von außen nur halb gestrichen, im Haus gibt es unzählige Stellen die noch nicht fertig gestrichen wurden. Verkleidungen und Fußleisten fehlen. Direkt neben der Haustür liegen leere Ölkanister, leere Flaschen. Im Garten lagern Autoreifen, alte Fahrräder etc…..all das war dann schon nervig und ist auf den Fotos und in der Beschreibung natürlich nicht aufgeführt. Schade drum
