Apartment 'Luéisch Ketschu 2' with Mountain View, Shared Garden and Wi-Fi

The Luéisch Ketschu 2 vacation apartment with step-free interior is located in Issime and boasts a beautiful view of the Alps. The 60 m² property sleeps 4 people and consists of a living room with kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 private bathroom with adjacent entrance on the floor corridor. There is a shared laundry area, a private parking space and a ski room. This vacation rental has a private balcony and a shared garden for your evening relaxation. The unit is located on the top floor with exclusive use of the entire floor.

Luéisch Ketschu (Luigi's house) has 2 vacation apartments : Luéisch Ketschu apartment 1 and Luéisch Ketschu apartment 2.

The house can accommodate up to 8 people (4 people per apartment). Each apartment has a private balcony and a relaxing shared shaded green area.



On-site amenities include a ski room, a shared laundry area equipped with a washing machine, iron and ironing board, private parking for 3 cars, and books for children as well.

Towels and bed linen can be provided for a fee.

Heating: pellet stove. One sack per day included, for each extra sack an extra sack fee will be charged on site.

Luéisch Ketschu apartments is located in the municipality of Issime, in the beautiful Gressoney valley about 15 minutes from the Pont-Saint-Martin highway exit and about 15 minutes from Gressoney Saint-Jean.

The house is located at the foot of the Vallone di San Grato, from where you can set off directly on foot and/or by mountain bike for hikes and walks for all levels. The Vallone di San Grato still preserves intact the land structure of its colonization influenced by the culture of the Walser people. The ski slopes of the Monterosa Ski area are about a 20-minute drive away. A climbing wall and an adventure park are a short distance from the vacation home. The main services are about 2 minutes' drive away: grocery store, pharmacy, bar, hardware store, restaurant, playground.
