The spacious living area is furnished with a comfortable sofa, two recliners, and a TV. From here, you have direct access to the balcony, which offers a **stunning view over Binz and Lake Schmachter all the way to the Baltic Sea with its impressive chalk cliffs on Rügen.

The light-filled living and dining area with an open kitchen invites you to cook and enjoy meals together. The modern kitchenette is fully equipped with a dishwasher, a ceramic cooktop with an oven, as well as a coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, and other kitchen utensils.

Free Wi-Fi, a SONOS speaker, and extras like a raclette grill and pancake maker provide additional comfort, making cosy evenings in the apartment even more enjoyable.

A special highlight is the spacious, wraparound rooftop terrace. From here, you can enjoy a breathtaking panoramic view of Binz, Lake Schmachter, the Baltic Sea, and the forested hills of Granitz.

The apartment features two bedrooms with comfortable double beds, each equipped with its own TV. One bedroom has a king-size bed (180x200) and the other has a queen-size bed (140x200).

The bathroom has light-colored tile and features a bathtub, bidet, and hair dryer. A washing machine is also available in the apartment.

A parking space in the underground garage is included with the apartment (duplex parking space with a maximum clearance height of 1.71 m and a maximum weight of 2.6 t).

Pets are allowed for a fee.
