The Sant'Anna residence offers large spaces to enjoy at any time of the day.
The apartments are comfortable and have a furnished balcony overlooking the sea in a relaxing and familiar atmosphere. The sea and the center can be reached on foot either via the municipal road or via a shortcut consisting of a series of staircases. From June to September, for the return journey only, it is possible to use the free shuttle service which, with two trips a day at set times (one in the late morning and one in the late afternoon) connects the center of Pietra Ligure and the beach to residence.

A 60 m2 three-bedroom apartment accommodating up to 8 individuals, comprising a master bedroom with a bunk bed, a second bedroom with two beds, a living room with a double sofa bed, and a kitchenette. Enjoy a balcony equipped with 1 umbrella and 1 deckchair, offering a sea view.

Useful & General Info
• Check-in from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm (after 8:00 pm notify the reception).
• Check out by 10:00.
• The outdoor swimming pool of approximately 18 m x 8 m, with a section for non-swimmers (6 m x 5 m and 120 cm deep) is open from approximately 14/05 until the end of the season depending on weather conditions. HEADPHONES REQUIRED.
• Children's pool 4 m x 4 m and 60 cm deep. HEADPHONES REQUIRED.
• Lift to the disabled-accessible pool.
• Hydromassage area in the children's pool.
• Children's play area.
• Self-service laundry and ironing room , payment on the spot.

The price includes
• Consumption of electricity, water, gas.

• Private beach from 14/05 to 21/06 and from 24/08 to approximately 1/10, one umbrella and two sunbeds, shuttle for transport at fixed times.
• Free shuttle service , at set times, twice a day and only from the centre/beach to the residence from May to the end of September.
• Table tennis subject to availability, free to use.

The fee does not include
• Final cleaning if not carried out by the customer €30.00 per apartment. The cleaning of the kitchenette must always be carried out by the customer.
• Cot on request (not exceeding the maximum number of people allowed) €15.00 per week to be paid on site.
• Garage on request, to be paid locally €7.00/night.
• Laundry , payment on site €5.00 per token.
• Beach from 25/6 to 25/8 on request, with reservation and payment on site.
• Extra sunbeds by the pool, €20.00 per week or €5.00 per day.
• Pets are allowed on request, only small ones, and a maximum of one per apartment with a direct payment of €7.00 per day.
