Modern and comfortably furnished holiday homes on a fenced plot in a small, family-friendly resort with 15 houses, just 100 meters from the shores of Lake Kummerow, with a natural beach and swimming area. A highlight for younger guests is the large, newly created children's playground with sandpit, swings, a trampoline, a large play area, and a rabbit enclosure. Here, rabbits can be petted and fed at will.

Verchen is an extremely pretty, quiet, and romantic village. There's a fish restaurant, various snack bars, a newly landscaped park, canoe and boat rentals, and a fantastic children's playground with a large pirate boat right on the lake.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Im Haus hätten wir uns eine Infomappe über mögliche Ausflugsziele gewünscht. Uns fehlte eine Anleitung für den Herd ( Entriegeln der Kindersicherung, ein Techniker musste kommen) und für den besonderen Staubsauger. Die Betten waren etwas schmal und instabil, so dass man immer schwankte, wenn sich der Partner bewegte. Die vielen Außensitzplätze haben uns sehr gut gefallen und wir konnten sie zum Glück auch genießen. Von der Beschreibung her hätten wir den Strand noch näher erwartet, auch wenn es so ok war.

Zwei Stunden vor Ankunft haben wir telefonisch (weil wir fragen wollten, wo wir den Schlüssel abholen können) erfahren, dass das Haus angeblich storniert wurde. Wir hätten vier Tage vor Reisebeginn eine Mail erhalten... Haben wir aber nicht. Also standen wir nach fünf Stunden Autofahrt mit zwei Kindern auf der Autobahn und hatten NICHTS. Uns wurde keine Alternative angeboten, die Verkaufsstelle, an welche wir weiterverbunden würden, hob nicht ab. Nach einer knappen Stunde Warteschleife legten wir auf. Wir sind nun auf den Kosten für die "Notfallübernachtung" sowie eines alternativen Hauses (welches wir gar nicht buchen wollten, aber es nun machen mussten, da ja in den Ferien bekanntermaßen alles voll ist) sitzengeblieben. Auf eine Antwort warten wir bis heute vergeblich, obwohl wir mehrfach versucht haben, jemanden zu erreichen. Also, Achtung bei der Buchung über belvilla. Absolut nicht empfehlenswert... Wir werden uns wohl einen anwalt nehmen müssen. P.S.: die Reise könnte ich übrigens bewerten, weil sie immernoch als aktiv gebucht steht (auch in der App). Soviel zur Aussage, "das Haus wurde vier Tage vor Anreise storniert" (was, im Übrigen, auch eine absolute Frechheit wäre...
