Das Haus ist sehr schön. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig. Auch die Konzerte von der Bühne stören nicht.Der Weg zum Strand dauert nur 5 min.Einziger Kritikpunkt sind die Fenster inclusive Gazeeinsätze. Da ist eine intensive Reinigung nötig.

Insgesamt macht das Haus einen soliden Eindruck. Die Terrassendielung benötigt e ...

Insgesamt macht das Haus einen soliden Eindruck. Die Terrassendielung benötigt eine Erneuerung...wir saßen auf Grund der Witterung nicht draußen. Nachteil bei diesen Temperaturen ist die elektrische Heizung in den Zimmern. Das ist schon ein ordentlicher Kostenfaktor,zumal es relativ schnell kalt wird in den oberen Schlafräumen. Alle Räume werden elektrisch beheizt. Vorteilhaft ist der kurze Weg zum Strand.

Haus sehr gut. Genügend Platz für 3 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder. Super Lage - kurzer Weg zum Strand. Check-In leider erst ab 16 Uhr möglich. Check-Out war für 9 bis 10 Uhr angekündigt, aber erst 9:45 Uhr möglich.
