Mit Kindern im Grünen Wohnen

Wir wohnen zwischen den Metropolregionen Rhein-Main und Rhein-Neckar. Am Ortsrand, ruhig, mit vielen Spielmöglichkeiten, aber auch zum Wandern in den Weinbergen. Im Ort gibt es viele Möglichkeiten für Weinproben, aber auch Restaurants.
Die S-Bahn ist fußläufig erreichbar, Parken am Haus. Ausflugsmöglichkeiten von Mannheim, Heidelberg und Worms bis Mainz, dem Taunus und Frankfurt. Alsheim ist ein schöner kleiner Ort mit Sehenswürdigkeiten und Wanderrouten durch die Weinberge und Hohlwege. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe.
Im Haus gibt es ein Wohnzimmer mit Sitzecke und Esstisch sowie einem zusätzlichen Schlafcouch, ein Elternschlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und ein Kinderzimmer mit Etagenbett und vielen Spielen und Büchern. Im Etagenbett können natürlich auch Erwachsene schlafen.
Die Wohnung verfügt über eine eingerichtete Kochnische. Waschmaschine und Trockner sind vorhanden.
Im Vorgarten stehen weitere Spielzeuge zur Verfügung, Grillmöglichkeiten sind vorhanden.
