Nyt område med meget byggeri.

Nyt område med meget byggeri. Huset er som sådan rigtig fint men mangler detaljer. Ude ved den ene Terasse ligger der en jordbunke som skæmmer den fine udsigt. Der er ingen havemøbler i så dyrt et hus. Stranden er ikke super ved huset rigtig mange sten burde oplyses. Huset har fine værelser og bad samt godt køkken er fin sofa og TV samt gasgrill samt spa hvor vandet dog hurtigt bliver grumset.Det store soveværelse kan der ikke lukkes af for lys om morgen stor mangel

Positiv: Sehr gute, moderne Ausstattung mit allem, was man braucht.

Positiv: Sehr gute, moderne Ausstattung mit allem, was man braucht. Vor allem die Küchenausstattung war überdurchschnittlich. Whirlpool super. Insgesamt sehr komfortabel für 5-6 Personen. Lage top: 5 Minuten fußläufig zum Strand mit unverbauter Sicht auf die Dünen sowie 1 km zum nächsten Supermarkt. Parkmöglichkeit direkt vor dem Haus. Check-In und Check-Out kontaktlos möglich, auch eine späte Ankunft ist somit kein Problem. Haus und Zimmer sind sehr gut gedämmt, weshalb man die Gäste der Häuser nebenan praktisch nicht mitbekommen hat. Negativ: Heizung (Wärmepumpe für Warmwasser und Fußbodenheizung) funktionierte an 4 von 6 Tagen nicht richtig (zwar meist Warmwasser, aber Räume blieben kalt (15-16 Grad), was im Winter unangenehm ist). Auch auf Nachfrage bei einem Mitarbeiter vor Ort konnte dies nicht behoben werden. Vielleicht würde eine Gebrauchsanweisung für die Heizung bereits helfen. Zudem ließ die Sauberkeit an einigen Stellen zu wünschen übrig (dreckige Spiegel, Flecken auf dem Boden, staubig). Genauere Erläuterung zum Ablesen des Zählerstands (wo genau befindet sich der Stromzähler) hätte zudem eine längere Suchaktion am ersten Tag erspart.Insgesamt hatten wir jedoch eine sehr schöne Zeit mit allem nötigen Komfort und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Das Haus ist hervorragend ausgestattet, die Lage gut (war etwas umständlich erreichbar aufgrund Baustelle mit Straßensperrungen), lediglich die Sauberkeit war zweigeteilt: im EG alles gut, aber im OG lagen dickste Wollmäuse unter dem Bett und das Waschbecken im Bad war zum einen verstopft und auch nicht sauber gemacht.
