House Triton apartment 6: comfortable, high-quality 4-room apartment close to the beach

This modern, high-end 4-room apartment (approx. 120 m²) on the ground floor, located near the beach, offers a high level of comfort and is fully furnished. The living areas feature high-quality hardwood and laminate flooring, while the kitchen and the bathroom/toilet are tiled.

The holiday apartment sleeps a total of 5 people.

From the spacious entryway with a coat rack, seating area, and large wall mirror, you can easily access all the rooms in your holiday apartment.
The spacious and light-filled living room features a seating area with 2 comfortable couches, a coffee table, various sideboards and cabinets, as well as a separate dining table with 6 chairs.

From the living room, you have direct access to a sunny rooftop terrace measuring approximately 40 m² with patio furniture and a large umbrella. Here you can relax and unwind surrounded by greenery while enjoying your meals or, in the evening, savouring the balmy summer nights with a good glass of wine!

For your entertainment, the holiday rental features 2 modern flat-screen TVs, 2 stereo systems with radio and CD player, and a selection of books. In addition, the apartment offers free Wi-Fi (subject to availability—in accordance with our Terms and Conditions, we assume no liability for any service disruptions).

The separate and very spacious kitchen-living area features a fully equipped, high-end built-in kitchen with a 4-zone ceramic cooktop, exhaust fan, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, glasses, silverware, and pots.

The apartment has a total of 3 bedrooms.

The modern and light-filled first bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed (2 x 90 cm x 200 cm), nightstands with bedside lamps, 2 spacious wardrobes, and a chest of drawers. A particular highlight of this room is a cosy seating area with comfortable wicker furniture, which is set apart in a bay window. For your entertainment, a stereo system with a radio and CD player is also available here.

From this room, you have access to a second, equally sunny rooftop terrace—also approximately 40 m² in size—with patio furniture. Here you can sit back, relax, and watch the lively hustle and bustle on Strandstraße.

The spacious and cosy second bedroom is also furnished with a comfortable double bed (2 x 90 cm x 200 cm), nightstands with bedside lamps, a large wardrobe, and a chest of drawers. In addition, there is another TV available here.

The separate third bedroom is furnished with a comfortable single bed (90 cm x 200 cm), a wardrobe, and a shelf.

The spacious bathroom features a bathtub, a shower, a sink with vanity cabinet, a toilet, a bidet, a cosmetic mirror, a heated towel rack, and ample storage space.

If needed, a laundromat is available right near your holiday rental (approx. 300 m) for washing your holiday clothes.

You can park your car for free in a parking space assigned to your apartment right next to the building; your bicycles can be parked in a bike rack next to the building. If you don’t bring your own bicycles, you can rent them from a bike rental shop right near your apartment complex. Upon request, the bicycles can also be delivered directly to your holiday rental.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this apartment!

In the interest of our non-smoking guests, smoking is not permitted inside the apartment; please use the terraces for this purpose. Thank you for your understanding!

Due to an increased risk of accidents on the rooftop terraces and platforms, this apartment is not suitable for children under 12 years of age. Thank you for your understanding!

A laundry package (complete set of bed linens—the beds are already made—one large bath towel, two hand towels, a shower mat, and a tea towel) can be booked as a starter kit for an additional fee.

The apartment rate is based on occupancy by a maximum of 5 people.

Deviations from the specified requirements (minimum number of nights / continuous booking) are possible only after consulting our staff by phone.
