Vorweg sei gesagt, dass das Preis/Leistungs Verhältnis durchaus angemessen ist. Mehr kann und sollte man für den Preis nicht erwarten. Auf der Haben Seite: Das Bad insgesamt ist zweckmäßig, die Dusche sehr gut. Das Schlafzimmer in Ordnung (wir hätten es uns allerdings dunkler gewünscht) und die Küche für einen Urlaub völlig ausreichend. Die Lage insgesamt gut, Fahrradkeller ist vorhanden, Strand mit Fahrrad schön durch den Wald und schnell zu erreichen. Zu Fuss ist es ein Stück. Was stört: Die "Schlafcouch" im Wohnzimmer hat diesen Namen nicht verdient. Da kann man auch auf einem ausgehängten Türblatt schlafen. Ebenso negativ fällt der abgeranzte Sessel auf, der unter einem wenig ansprechenden Überzug versteckt wird. Der Platz für ein vernünftiges Ensemble ist allemal vorhanden - hier wurde an der falschen Seite gespart. Unverständlich ebenfalls, dass sowohl Besteck als auch Gläser unappetitliche Gebrauchsspuren aufweisen, gerade hier sollte mit wenig Aufwand Besserung möglich sein. Was man dem Wohnungseigentümer nicht anlasten kann, ist die viel befahrene Straße direkt vor der Wohnung. Die "Neue Reihe" ist die Hauptverkehrsstraße in Kühlungsborn. Dies ist sicher eine rein subjektive Wahrnehmung, aber mich störte der Verkehrslärm sehr, vor allem Nachts. Auch deshalb taugt der durchaus ausreichend große Balkon allenfalls zur Raucherpause, aber keinesfalls zum entspannten Verweilen. Aber wie gesagt, alles in allem ganz ok.

Kurzurlaub Kühlungsborn Villa Silva

Der Urlaubsort bietet eigentlich alles, was man benötigt. Die Fewo liegt leider an einer stark befahrenen Straße, wo sehr wahrscheinlich der Nachwuchs für den Rennsport trainiert, Tag und Nacht. Die Wohnungseinrichtung ist schon stark in die Jahre gekommen und das Geschirr hat dnoch die Spuren der Vormieter getragen.Gut - der Parkplatz hinter dem Haus und der direkte Zugang zum Stadtwald. Wenn man keine allzu großen Ansprüche an die Wohnung hat, kann man es genießen. In erster Linie kommt man ja wegen dem Strand und der Ostsee. Die Promenade ist sehr schön und die. vielen kleinen Geschäften und Restaurants laden zum Verweilen ein. Die Preise sind halt schon gestiegen, aber das ist ja ein allgemeiner Trend, den man hinnehmen muss. Der lange Sandstrand ist, genau wie die Promenade, sauber und gepflegt, der weitläufige Stadtwald bietet sich an für Urlauber mit einem Vierbeiner. Der Ort bietet eine Vielzahl von Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants. Einem entspannten Urlaub steht also wenig im Weg.
