The house is intended for 4 people. Its living area comprises approximately 50 square meters. The house is divided into a large living room, two small bedrooms and a toilet with shower. The kitchen is integrated in the living room and has an electric cooker with extractor hood, a refrigerator and various kitchen appliances. It is heated electrically. The house has a terrace. The beds are a bunk bed for 2 people in a small room and a double bed in a 2. Room . There is a sofa in the living room. Flushing u. Washing machine are not available. The forest property belonging to the house covers approx. 1000sqm.
There is a canoe on the property. This can be used if you do the transport (by roof rack) to the next lake yourself about 5 km (of course also back). Safety (such as life jackets, etc.) must also be taken care of.


Rental only to countries with German language: Due to actuarial matters we can not rent out to clients living in any other than austria and germany.

Canoe and bicycles: There is a canoe on the property. This can be used if you do the transport (by roof rack) to the next lake yourself about 5 km (of course also back). Safety (such as life jackets, etc.) must also be taken care of.
The bicycles in the shed can also be used if they are ready for use.
Here too, security itself has to be taken care of.
In the case of a short-term arrival, the code for the key box can be requested by email or phone.

Sauberkeit wird hier klein geschrieben

Zum Haus: Bei Ankunft erwartete uns bereits ein dreckiger Fußboden, Schlafzimmer, mit üblen Gerüchen, in denen es unmöglich war zu atmen sowie Wäsche (T-Shirt und Socken) vom Vormieter. Die Kleiderschränke hatten ebenfalls einen üblen Geruch und waren verstaubt. Es war erst möglich seine Sachen hineinzulegen, nachdem man sie geputzt hatte. Das Badezimmer war dreckig und erst betretbar und benutzbar nach einer Reinigung. Den ersten Urlaubstag haben wir 5 Stunden zu zweit mit Putzen verbracht, wobei überall in den Geschirr- und Besteckfächern uns Hundehaare und Glasscherben entgegen kamen. Der Kühlschrank konnte nicht sofort befüllt werden, da dieser ebenfalls einen unmöglichen Geruch von sich gab. Stauraum für Sachen, die nicht gekühlt werden müssen, mussten wir uns erst einmal freischaufeln, da hierfür kein Platz ist. Die Decken auf der Couch wurden schon lange nicht gewaschen so wie diese müffelten. Zum Glück hatten wir eigene dabei, damit man sich auf die staubige Couch überhaupt setzen konnte. Die Couch wurde in den letzten Jahren wahrscheinlich noch nie verrückt, denn darunter sah es aus... Der Staubsauger war überfüllt und verdreckt (das erklärt evtl. auch den dreckigen Boden) und das Kabel ist defekt und lässt sich nicht komplett rausziehen. Es wäre wirklich von Vorteil, wenn der Vermieter selbst ab und zu dieses Domizil betreten würde oder jemanden damit beauftragen würde, damit solche Zustände nicht mehr vorkommen. Zur Umgebung: Das Haus steht mitten im Wald. Wer wirklich Ruhe und Umgebung sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Es gibt schöne Wanderwege und in der Nähe einen kleinen See, den man in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichen kann. Die Nachbarn sind sehr freundlich. Freizeitbeschäftigung: Wir haben dieses Domizil gewählt, weil wir gerne Angeln und Baden wollten. Aufgrund der Trockenheit diesen Sommer war es leider nicht möglich, in dem naheliegendem See zu angeln. Durch das flache Wasser hat hier nichts gebissen, außer sehr kleine Barsche. An einem anderen See hatte man die Möglichkeit sich an einem Sandstrand zu sonnen oder Baden zu gehen. Man sollte jedoch bedenken, dass das Wasser sehr kalt ist. Wer Ruhe und Entspannung sucht und noch „gerne“ putzt in seinem Urlaub ist hier genau richtig. Ich kann dieses Domizil leider nicht weiter empfehlen.

Sehr entspannt

Meine drei Jungs (8,10,14) haben eine entspannte Woche in dem schönen sehr gut ausgestatteten Haus verbracht. Wir hatten unsere Fahrräder dabei und konnten gleich vor der Haustüre kilometerlange Radtouren starten. Es war eine tolle Woche.

Natur pur - ein Traum!

Im Prinzip mitten im Wald, alles da was man braucht, absolute Ruhe, abgesehen vom leisen Klopfen der in direkter Nachbarschaft lebenden 4-köpfigen Eichhörnchenfamilie, das Reh streift abends über die Wiese, in einiger Entfernung 3 Elche deutlich zu hören, Kraniche trompeten im Wald, WOW! Nicht nur unsere Kinder waren begeistert. Alles wie beschrieben.

Ruhe gesucht und gefunden

Das Haus liegt sehr idyllisch, die Ausstattung ist sehr einfach, aber es ist soweit alles vorhanden. Wir haben es sehr genossen, im Wald nahe dem Haus Heidelbeeren zu sammeln. Wir konnten sehr häufig Rehe im Garten beobachten. Für zwei Personen hat das Haus eine ideale Größe. In der näheren Umgebung haben wir die verschiedensten Seen zum Angeln und Baden genutzt.

Schnuckeliges Domizil

Sehr idyllisch, ruhig, naturverbunden.Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Umgebung kann man gut zu Fuß erkunden. Abendliche Spaziergänge laden zum Träumen ein.Wir hatten das Glück vom Fenster aus ein paar junge Rehe beobachten zu können. Wer seine Ruhe sucht findet sie garantiert hier. Die Feriennachbarn sind freundlich und grüßen immer nett.

Die ferienwohnung liegt schön zentral, so das man alles in südschweden mit maximal 1/1/2 stunden anfahrtsweg erreicht.

Charming "Cabin in the Woods" Makes for a Very Relaxing Stay

Remote and very quiet location in the middle of a forest. The house is somewhat rudimentary, but you have everything you need - and this kind of holiday was exactly what we were looking for. The closest town, Örkelljunga (15 km) has supermarkets, a bakery, a record shop and a few restaurants. However, the real attraction for a nice day trip is Helsingborg, which is about 45 minutes away. Mostly, though, this is a place for hikes, walks and relaxing in the wilderness. :-)

a great stay in Skane

we stayed for 2 weeks in this small, but lovely cottage in Skane. the weather was great and the house and surrounding were exactly as descriped by the owner. we made several trips to molle,kristianstad,malmo,helsingbor/helsingor and even kopenhaven, which is a lovely day trip via helsingor. if you like very quiet and beautiful nature and a simple decently house, this is the place to be. you can even bring your dog, which we did, for a great time. koos,marleen and julia.
