The two studio flats on the ground floor have 1 bed-sitting room with kitchenette and a bathroom with shower. The flat on the lower ground floor has 3 bedrooms with washbasins, 1 living room with a small kitchen, 1 large bathroom and an extra WC.

A ski bus stop and a ski hire shop are just 50 metres from the house, a ski school is 100 metres away and a cross-country ski trail is 200 metres away.

In summer you can access many hiking trails from the house.
The Kirchberg swimming lake is approx. 1 kilometre away.
