Not recommended

Plus: good location, quiet area. Minus: black mould on walls and ceilings. Bad ventilation or apartment not used for months hence underheated that led to cold and wet walls. I have photos from almost all rooms where mould was visible. All windows were wet and window frames were black from being wet. I have addressed this to Interhome the arrival date but the only offer was to remove mould during our holidays by using chlorine products that due to medical reasons I could not agree to.

Für die Lage gutes PreisLeistungsverhältnis. Renoviert aber leichte Schimmelstellen- Fenster im Schlafzimmer ging nicht zu kippen. Geschirr hätte etwas anders zusammengestellt werden können, viele Espressotassen aber kein Weinglas und ein Topf zusätzlich wäre gut gewesen. Der SkiSchuhtrockner steht in einem nassen Raum und die Steckdose im Wasser und somit nicht nutzbar-das müsste geändert werden. Wir haben das dann anders gelöst. Insgesamt war die Wohnung mit 4 Erwachsene 2 Kleinkinder gut nutzbar.

Bene non benissimo

appartamento al piano terra, parzialmente seminterrato come spesso capita in queste soluzioni. questo comporta molta umidità in casa, che si percepisce entrando. cucina e bagno ristrutturati, appartamento pulito e funzionale. abbiamo avuto un problema con il rubinetto del bagno, ci è voluto un po' troppo tempo per la riparazione.

Appartamento ristrutturato recentemente curato ma non curatissimo, vengo da anni di alta badia e la differenza si nota. Una nota dolente e' la Tv che e' obsoleta e si vedono pochi canali.
