Owner of the property communicated well, was open to anything. They even landed us a vacuum cleaner as we travelled with dogs. However, the agency Novasol that should have issued invoice refused it. Novasol is the worst experience I have ever had. I rather do not go to any place, if I had to deal with Novasol again… failure..
