Beautiful location, but we’ve rarely felt more unwelcome or ripped off. I would have probably given this accommodation 4 stars, if we hadn’t had nasty surprises:1) This is not a private host, but a company called Novasol. Their customer service is terrible; you can only chat with them online, and they will do nothing to resolve your problem. 2) Although not explicitly mentioned in the description of the property, no bedlinnen or bath towels are provided. After you’ve booked with VRBO, you get an email from Novasol with a link to their site where you are supposed to create an account and download a travel voucher. In this voucher there is a “small print” informing you that no bedsheets or towels are included, which is only made available after you’ve paid in full. Therefore, we had to stay there for 6 nights without these essential provisions.3) The check-in and check-out experience is unacceptable. The accommodation is located on the premises of a holiday park. At the entry there is a barrier that can only be activated with a remote control, which you can only get after you’ve entered the property. The walk from the barrier to the house is about 7 minutes, and this information was neither under the VRBO nor Novasol description.4) If you consider this accommodation, also note the price breakdown: around 280 Euro are charged by Novasol for cleaning. This is a complete rip-off for a property of 50 m2. Even for a holiday villa for 20 people, we’d paid less in the past.
