Nice apartment in Olpenitz with sauna

Just a few metres from the Weidefeld sandy beach and the harbour promenade of OstseeResort Olpenitz, this holiday property boasts a central location and top facilities with a private wellness area and underfloor heating. Two sun terraces (one of which is covered) promise all-day sunshine with sunrise and sunset. The green area around the house invites you to sunbathe, play and linger.



The Baltic Sea, the Weidefeld sandy beach and the sailing and sports boat harbour of OstseeResort Olpenitz are less than a 5-minute walk away. Wellness lovers will get their money's worth. In the daylight bathroom, an infrared cabin with hi-fi sound system and LED colour light therapy as well as a relaxing whirlpool bath invite you to unwind after a walk on the beach.



On holiday there is time for creative cooking, and the fully equipped eat-in kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. The terrace directly adjoining the dining area promises cosy barbecue evenings or romantic candlelit dinners with a fantastic water backdrop and unforgettable sunsets.



The two bedrooms are furnished with high-quality box-spring beds.



A private car parking space is available in front of the house. The holiday apartment is on the first floor and can be reached via an outside staircase.



Our favourite place: After a long day at the beach, put your feet up on the sun terrace and relax in the incomparable water scenery.



Please note that the OstseeResort Olpenitz is still under construction due to high demand. Nevertheless, the properties already meet a 5-star standard and offer you a first-class stay. Any construction work at the resort will not affect your holiday enjoyment, which is why additional discounts are excluded.

Allerdings bedauern wir, das Ihnen die Nähe zum Strand, ca. 10 Minuten Fußweg, nicht nah genug war. Gerne können wir zudem an dieser Stelle darauf hinweisen, dass mit dem Ausbau des Resorts weitere Infrastruktur, gerade im Bereich der Gastronomie, entstehen wird. Schöne Zukunft

Die Lage der Wohnung ist günstig zum Strand und Hafen gelegen. Sehr schöne Aussicht mit Blick auf den Sonnenaufgang und Sonnenuntergang. Gut eingerichtet mit vielen liebevollen Details die die Wohnung gemütlich machen. Die Umgebung wird noch weiter bebaut und es fehlen noch einige Details und Kleinigkeiten wie ausreichend Mülleimer und Straßen sowie Gehwege. In 2021 bzw. 2022 sicherlich sehr zu empfehlen wenn alles fertig ist. Baulärm gab es bei unserem Aufenthalt nicht, da vor Ort rücksichtsvoll gearbeitet wurde. Mängel der Wohnung wurden umgehend aufgenommen und soweit möglich erledigt.
