The location is quiet and sunny, and an extensive network of walking and hiking trails is practically right outside the residence. In about 5 minutes on foot, you can reach the Cannobina River, which offers refreshing swimming opportunities in the summer, and in about 10 minutes, you can reach the centre, the beach, and the beautiful lakeside promenade of Cannobio. The hilly and mountainous hinterland of Cannobio, particularly the Val Cannobina, offers numerous scenic attractions, many hiking opportunities, and countless breathtaking views of the lake. Of particular note is the residence’s beautiful indoor pool (approx. 15 m x 8 m), which is open from mid-April through early/mid-October. In addition, the residence features a sauna (for a fee), billiards, foosball, and table tennis (guests must bring their own paddles and balls). An lift and a stairwell are available. Each apartment comes with its own parking space within the gated complex.
