Auf den ersten Blick machte das Haus einen guten Eindruck. Das zweite Schlafzimmer war in einem Außenschuppen und daher nicht als Schlafzimmer verwendbar ( keine Toiletten). Die Betten waren sehr schmal und die Kopfkissen sehr hart. Man bekam Nackenbeschwerden. Leider fehlten Nachttischbeleuchtung.
