We warmly welcome you to our holiday resort, Ferienpark Kiefernweg, in Zinnowitz on Usedom! You’ll find rest and relaxation in our lovingly furnished accommodation.
Kiefernweg 5 is about 600 metres from the beach—an 8-minute walk. You can reach the beach via the campground across the street, where you can get fresh rolls and daily necessities in the morning.
Many shopping options, the Zinnowitz train station, the Bernsteintherme spa, and other recreational activities are all within easy walking distance.
The holiday park features a small playground and a ping-pong table.
A communal laundry and drying room with a washing machine (laundry tokens available—3.00 per load) is also available for use.

Our cosy holiday bungalow in the Baltic Sea resort of Zinnowitz on Usedom is surrounded by greenery and just a few minutes’ walk from the wide sandy beach. It accommodates up to 5 people (max. 4 adults + 1 child up to 12 years old). After a day at the beach, relax in your own beach chair on the terrace – ideal for families, couples, and friends looking for a hassle-free, relaxing holiday on Usedom. The cottage was completely renovated in 2026.
