Cooking and preparing breakfast, lunch, or dinner here is a real pleasure. You can dine at the large dining table with four chairs. Enjoy relaxing on the sofa or in the armchair. A large flat-screen TV (50 inches) provides entertainment. If you’re in the mood for romance, you can create a cosy atmosphere with the electric fireplace (which doesn’t give off heat). The apartment features a northeast-facing balcony. Step out of the living room and breathe in the fresh Baltic Sea air. And out back, you’ll see a shimmer of blue: from the balcony, you can even see the sea between the beach terrace and Villa Seedüwel. The apartment has two bedrooms. Both are beautifully furnished with a comfortable double box-spring bed (each 1.80 m x 2.00 m), a wardrobe, and a flat-screen TV (43 inches). So there’s plenty of space for privacy and restful nights. Two modern bathrooms with a shower, sink, and toilet serve as your very own personal wellness zones. Relaxation and well-being are our top priorities. Everything is harmoniously coordinated to create a cosy atmosphere. Choose between a residence featuring a light, sand-colored design scheme or an apartment with anthracite-colored accents. All apartments feature stylish and comfortable furnishings, custom-made to fit perfectly, as well as modern kitchens and bathrooms. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with a shower (except for Apartment B4.5). Almost all of the apartments have a balcony—many even overlook the Baltic Sea. Most holiday homes have an electric fireplace and infrared saunas. On the ground floor, there is a separate communal room for bicycles. You can also use the two washing machines and dryers in the communal laundry room. The amenities are rounded out by a communal sauna, which is open daily from 11:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. In the underground car park (entry height 2.03 metres), there is one parking space available for each apartment.
