"Dolce Vita duplex", 1-room studio 30 m2. Practical and cosy furnishings: small living/dining room with 1 sofabed (110 cm, length 190 cm), TV (flat screen). Small, open kitchen in the entrance (2 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Malongo) extra). Exit to the patio. Shower/WC. Electric heating. Upper floor: (steep stair) open alcove with sloping ceilings, ceiling height 100 cm, without window with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). Small patio 20 m2. Terrace furniture. Facilities: washing machine, dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: not suitable for small children. Non-smoking house. Smoke alarm. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.). Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.
