The "Bachperle" holiday rental with a terrace occupies the entire ground floor and can accommodate up to 9 people. On the upper floor of the same holiday home, there is a second "Bachperle" holiday rental with a balcony, which can be booked separately for up to 10 people. This means the Bachperle holiday home can comfortably accommodate up to 19 people. Each apartment has its own entrance, making the holiday home ideal for families or groups of friends travelling together who still value their privacy. The house is ideal for families, groups of friends, and companies hosting training sessions or team-building events for up to 19 people. We have a spacious apartment that, thanks to its central yet nature-filled location, is a top choice for both everyday life and leisure activities of all kinds. Whether you’re planning a ski trip with friends, a hiking holiday with a family of friends, or a getaway with the grandparents—here in the mountains and by the water, in our lovingly maintained Alpine home, everyone can escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life. In winter, hit the ski slopes or cross-country trails, or relax at home with a view of the mountains. The holiday home has two holiday apartments with separate entrances. One 150 m² apartment with a large balcony offering panoramic views is located on the upper floor, and a 140 m² apartment with a terrace and a view of the stream is located on the ground floor.
Travelling here and going on excursions are also easily done by train. The train station, shops, restaurants, and the swimming pool with sauna are all just a 10-minute walk away. If you want to spend wonderful holiday days with your family—grandparents, grandchildren, or friends—then the Bachperle holiday home at the foot of the Wilder Kaiser Mountains is the perfect choice for you.
The 140 square metres of living space offers plenty of room. A large living area with an open-concept kitchen, dining space, and outdoor patio leaves nothing to be desired. The four bedrooms ensure everyone has their own private space.
The two bathrooms are equipped with a toilet, a sink with a large mirror and vanity cabinet, as well as a walk-in shower or a bathtub. A washing machine and dryer, which you can use free of charge, are available.
The living area, with its spacious table featuring 10 upholstered chairs (2.50 x 0.95) in the centre, invites you to enjoy social gatherings. Adjacent to it is the modern, well-equipped kitchenette. It is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, glass-ceramic cooktop, toaster, electric kettle, and coffee maker. An antique chest of drawers has been repurposed as a kitchen cabinet and now serves as a contrasting element to the modern kitchen. In the living area, two large sofas invite you to relax. If needed, they can also be used as sleeping areas.
The entire living area, including the bedrooms, features naturally oiled hardwood floors and underfloor heating that can be individually controlled in each room. The apartment stands out for its warm and very pleasant indoor climate. The open hallway lends the apartment a sense of spaciousness and generosity.
All three bedrooms are furnished with box-spring beds measuring 160 x 200. One of the bedrooms contains an additional extra-long single bed (90 x 220) and a workspace. All beds are equipped with high-quality mattresses. The bed linens are sewn in a comfort size of 155 cm x 220 cm. Upon request, one bedroom can be furnished with a portable travel cot or a mattress on a frame.
All rooms have windows, and the bathrooms are additionally equipped with an automatic ventilation system.
Free LAN and Wi-Fi connections via a Fritzbox are available (max. download speed: 54 Mbit/s). A projector is provided upon request. A TV is available.

Quietly situated by a stream, with a magnificent view of the surrounding mountains and a vista of the Kaiser Mountains, the apartment is nonetheless centrally located in Kiefersfelden, with opportunities for shopping, visiting the swimming pool, and dining out— all within walking distance. You can start your activities right at the front door, so you won’t even need a car.

The train station is about a 10-minute walk away. The holiday home is ideally located for a sustainable, car-free holiday. There’s a zero-waste supermarket in the village. Across the stream lies the entrance to a small nature park with a children’s playground. Swimming spots along the stream in front of the house and the nearby Hechtsee lake are perfect for summer fun.
