Krichstrom auf den Wasserleitungen!!! Dieser war dem Vermieter bekannt und konnte nur unterbunden werden wenn der gesamte Sicherungskasten runter gefahren wurde. Und somit auch der Strom der anliegenden Ferienwohnung...
