Stepped path (15 steps) to the house. Public parking 5 m on the road. Supermarket 700 m, bus stop 1.6 km, ferry "Cavo" 800 m, sandy beach "Frugoso" 250 m pebble beach 130 m. Nearby attractions: Cala delle Alghe 250 m, Rio Marina 8 km, Portoferraio 30 km. Please note: Loading and unloading of baggage is possible at the holiday house.
3-room house 50 m2, on the ground floor. Practical and cosy furnishings: living/dining room with dining nook, satellite TV and electric heater. Exit to the terrace. 1 double bedroom. 1 room with 2 beds. Small, open kitchen (oven, 4 gas rings, freezer). Exit to the terrace. Shower/bidet/WC. No heating option. Terrace 16 m2, roofed, large terrace 80 m2. Terrace furniture, deck chairs (4). Facilities: washing machine, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds. Please note: non-smokers only. Vacanza casa Wendi

Anche quest'anno ci siamo trovati bene, la casa è spartana ma ha tutto l'occorrente e si trova in una buona posizione. Devo però informare che la cassetta di scarico Pucci per wc a muro era malfunzionante e deve essere riparata.

Wohnung ungepflegt

Die ganze Wohnung leider total veraltet. Es war nicht wirklich sauber, WC-Spülung teilweise "hängengeblieben", Anfangs nur kaltes Wasser, Dusche und ganzes Bad "muffelt". Die Brause war echt eklig. Kühlschranktür musste nach Reklamation nachjustiert werden da nicht richtig geschlossen werden konnte, am letzten Tag hing die Türverkleidung dann schief runter. Das Geschirr war nicht ganz sauber und Besteck war uralt und eklig. In den Schränken roch es muffig. Staubsauger war der Schlauch an mehr

Danke für Ihre Rückmeldung. Wir bedauern, dass Sie mit dem Zustand der Wohnung unzufrieden waren. Zwischenzeitlich wurden die Reinigungsmaßnahmen intensiviert, die WC-Spülung sowie das Problem mit dem Warmwasser behoben und alle unangenehmen Gerüche beseitigt. Auch der Kühlschrank sowie das Inventar wurden überprüft und entsprechende Verbesserungen vorgenommen. UBYTOVÁNÍ WENDY, Cavo

Ubytování moc pěkné, čisté, plně vybavené (včetně automatické pračky), krásná lokalita kousek od moře a centra města. Zákaznický servis Interhome skvělý - dopomohl k domluvě s majitelem / klíčníkem. Rychlé a příjemné jednání. :-)

Tolles Erlebnis

Die Unterkunft war wunderschön und der Blick auf das Meer einfach unbezahlbar. Die Terrasse und der Garten haben auch meinem Hund gefallen, so konnte er herumspringen und sich in die Sonne legen um zu faulenzen. Einziger Wermutstropfen war, dass es keine WLAN Verbindung hat, aber vielleicht war das ja auch ganz gut so, so konnte man die Ferien erst recht geniessen.

Bon choix pour les familles avec 2 enfants

La maison est simple, fonctionnelle et bien située entre deux plages et à proximité des différentes commodités. Je la recommande pour ceux qui veulent profiter de l'île d'Elbe qui est magnifique.

Nettes Häuschen

Das Ferienhaus Wendy hat alles was man braucht, außer Wlan. Es liegt super gelegen in Strandnähe und zum Ort, es ist ruhig und hat Blick aufs Meer. Kleine Reparaturarbeiten wären allerdings mal nötig.

aussen hui, innen pfui. musste...

aussen hui, innen pfui. mussten erst grundreinigung durchführen. hundehaare des vormieters, haarpfropf in der vergammelten uralten dusche. dank des holzbrettes auf dem lattenrost gutes schlafen möglich. waschmaschine in der küche verrostet, mobilar vor dem zusammenbruch.vermieter freundlich und stets über handy erreichbar.kein wäsche– und handtuchwechsel nach 7 tagen durchgeführt. Reisetipps: super!!!!!!!! jederzeit wieder!!!!!!
